This Toyota Hilux 8th Gen 2015+ Side Door Cladding Gloss Black set for the 8th Generation 2015+ AN120/AN130 Double Cab is a tape-on styling and protection upgrade.
Supplied as a complete 4-piece set, these deep gloss black side cladding panels fit along the lower doors on both sides.
They sharpen your truck’s appearance while protecting the paintwork from stone chips, car park knocks, and trail debris.

Compatibility Note: This 4-piece set is designed for the 4-door Double Cab door profile.
It does not fit Extra Cab or Single Cab models, and it is not compatible with trucks already fitted with factory side mouldings unless these are removed first.

Installation
The Toyota Hilux 8th Gen 2015+ Side Door Cladding mounts directly to the doors using the pre-applied automotive-grade double-sided tape – no cutting or drilling of the bodywork is required.
- Wash and fully dry the mounting area. The surface must be completely clean, dry and free of wax, polish or grease before you begin.
- Wipe the mounting area with the supplied primer wipe and let it flash off for a few minutes.
- Dry-fit each panel first to confirm alignment, then peel the tape liner and press the panel firmly into place along its full length.
- Apply firm pressure across the whole panel to bond the tape.
Fit in a dry, sheltered area at a surface temperature above 15°C / 60°F for the strongest bond.
Do not wash the vehicle or expose it to water for 24 hours after fitting, and avoid pressure washing the panel edges for the first week while the adhesive fully cures.
Installation typically takes 60-90 minutes for the full set with basic hand tools. If you are not confident, we recommend fitting by a qualified professional.
The products ship with a protective film; only remove it once you have confirmed fitment on your vehicle.
Care
Wash with a pH-neutral car shampoo and a clean microfibre cloth. Avoid abrasive polishes, compounds and automatic car wash brushes, which can leave fine swirl marks in the gloss clear coat.

30-Day Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The splitter must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging.
Please inspect and dry-fit the part before drilling. Products that have been drilled, fitted, cut, changed or damaged cannot be accepted as unused returns.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and checked, the refund will be sent to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
